1. Delivery Timelines
- Standard Delivery: Orders are typically delivered within 3 Hours -6 Hours from the date of order confirmation.
- Location-Based Variations: Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location, local courier services, and accessibility.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
2. Shipping Charges
- Free Shipping: Shipping is free for all orders above ₹599.
- Standard Charges: A flat shipping charge of ₹49 will apply for orders below ₹599.
- In certain remote or out-of-service areas, additional shipping charges may apply. You will be informed of this during the checkout process.
3. Order Processing
- All orders are processed within 30 minutes of confirmation.
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email and/or SMS notification with a tracking link and delivery details.
4. Delivery Partners
- We work with trusted third-party courier partners to ensure reliable and safe deliveries.
- Our delivery partners adhere to proper packaging standards, including temperature control for cold-storage medicines.
5. Delivery Locations
- Dawai Dukan delivers to most cities, towns, and villages across India.
- If your area is not serviceable, our customer support team will contact you for alternative arrangements.
6. Failed Delivery Attempts
- If the delivery partner cannot deliver the package due to the following reasons:
- Incorrect or incomplete address provided.
- Recipient unavailable at the time of delivery.
- Our courier partner will make up to two additional delivery attempts. After unsuccessful attempts, the order will be returned to us, and refunds will be processed as per our Return Policy.
7. Delays in Delivery
While we strive to meet the delivery timelines, delays may occur due to:
- Unforeseen circumstances such as weather, natural disasters, or strikes.
- Government regulations or area lockdowns.
- Courier service disruptions.
In such cases, Dawai Dukan will inform you of any delays and ensure that your order reaches you at the earliest.

9. Damaged or Tampered Packages
If you receive a package that appears to be damaged, tampered, or broken, please:
