Return Policy

At Dawai Dukan, we prioritize safety, hygiene, and quality. Due to the sensitive nature of medicines, our return policy is limited and follows strict guidelines.
For safety and regulatory reasons, most medicines are non-returnable once delivered.
1. Eligible Return Cases
- Wrong medicine delivered
- Damaged or defective product
- Expired product received
2. Non-Returnable Items
- Opened or used medicines
- Products without original packaging
- Medicines returned due to change of mind
3. Return Request Process
- Contact us within 24 hours of delivery
- Share order details and product images
- Our team will verify and approve the request
4. Refund After Return
If the return is approved, refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days via the original payment method.
5. Important Note
All medicines are fulfilled by licensed pharmacies. Return approvals are subject to verification and pharmacy policies.
